8. Affirmations
This meditation is focusing on imbuing our mind, heart, and perceptions with self love through repeating affirmations and acknowledgements.
We come into this world and the journey is to remember who we are. As we grow our curiosity leads us into the world and we ask who am I? The irony of it all is that you are the only one who knows that answer. It’s not easy to remember this. It is a struggle to hear our truth, to speak our truth when there is so much noise in the world. Yet the purity of the life within each of us is not tainted by that noise.
Let us quiet ourselves into a comfortable, nurturing space and take three breaths and align with the affirmations in this meditation.
