2. The Sound of Aum
Sound itself is the meaning. Sound rides on the breath, the dynamic force of life animating us continuously until the breath no longer breaths this body and our voices return into the vast space of potentiality.When we chant aum we can focus on our hearts and it is the sound with no beginning or end. This space where we steep in the feeling of yes is called Bhavana; the divine mood. The sound of Aum is the sound of all sounds, the vibration of the universe and is always present.
Please settle into a comfortable seat and prepare yourself for meditation. Let the mind rest in the heart and listen from that space.
