Nature Is Us

Every Sunday unless noted otherwise.

In person Sunday Qi Gong practice honoring the 5 elements and our integral interconnectedness with everyone and everything. All welcome. We work with smooth moving meditation integrating the breath, our imagination, and the wisdom of the organs and their respective element.

Sweethome lives her practice. She is deeply devoted to the equality, sovereignty, and well-being of all sentient beings. Her study and teaching of Yoga which began 33 years ago has become a path of practicing and sharing Qi Gong since 2015. She is notorious for her instinctive ability to nurture, guide and inspire. She is an activist rooted in compassion. Sweethome has taught people of all ages and demographics around the world. She offers vocal workshops, educational courses, Qi Gong classes, retreats both locally and internationally, and hosts volunteers at her animal sanctuary through an amazing program called Wwoof (WorldWide Opportunities on Organic Farms)

Cultivate your sense of purpose through the daily discipline of mantra and writing. This 14-day creative experience will awaken your curiosity and use your unique experiences to better understand yourself and the world around you.

~ Reflective Writing has great writing prompts, a small time commitment for busy people, and an easy way to bring the creative process into your day by suggesting a mantra /affirmation to repeat throughout the day.

~The Compassion Activist Course asks for at least 20 minutes of dedication and the longer, the better. Both courses drop an email into your inbox (and sometimes spam :/) each day 24 hrs after you purchase it, so you always have them and could pace it to suit your schedule.
