Monday-Friday 7-8am .
This is an in person course, meeting every morning, Monday-Friday from 7-8 am. This is a commitment to yourself which will enhance your day. We will focus on one element with each practice building up to a complete 5 element practice.
The daily movement practices will cleanse and cultivate Qi, which is the energy that moves all things. This will expand our capacity to be engaged and improve our ability to respond.

Early morning gatherings
Our sessions will include a short talk on one of the elements, a guided meditation, and a physical practice. The intention is to dedicate ourselves to a daily practice with the contemplative and compassionate practices of Qi Gong and Taoism realigning ourselves with the nature that we are.
