We will gather in the Hut at The Sanctuary Saturdays from 9:30 - 10:30AM
Sweethome will lead you through vocal warmups and toning, getting connected to our breath, call in intentions, and align our body, mind, and heart in community.
Singing is beneficial to our physical, mental, and emotional health. The practice increases our production of hormones like endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine which all bring a sense of peace.
The intention is to cultivate love, compassion, respect, healing in our own lives, for all beings, for the planet. To ensure your spot please reach out to Sweethome@teacupyoga.com
