Qi Gong In Person Morning Practice

Morning Practice

Through the Taoist practice of Qi Gong we strengthen our relationship with nature and this supports our daily experience. Each session will be focused on one of the elements; Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal. The daily movement practices are deeply fulfilling and supportive. A daily Qi Gong practice expands our ability to engage with the day, to be in harmony and rhythm with all that we encounter. We will meet weekly. You’ll have the opportunity in between to practice on your own and integrate what we have learned..

This is an in person class, meeting every Tuesday from 7:30-8:30am PST in the Hut at the Sanctuary . There is limited space. You must register and receive confirmation that there is a spot available for you. There is a registration link below.

Testimonials from students:

the very essence of her style cultivates an outpouring . I consistently leave a class or workshop with lighter but fuller heart and a levity in my step and posture .” ~Julie Flindt

“It is always remarkable to get to be in Sweethome’s presence, even over Zoom. She shares her vast knowledge, her endless curiosity and deep explorations with clear explanations, good humor and reverence. I understand much more about Qi Gong and the five element system from the morning immersion with Sweethome. I can now explore these topics with more clarity and direction.” -CB

“Thank you for your beautiful offering of such a nourishing course. Your tone of voice, the pace, the informed and natural delivery, your intention and presence… It is all so special.” ~Linda L.
