10 day Meditation and Writing course for Self Empowerment and Empowered Service .

This course is for those who have a desire to activate the compassionate agent of change within. You may recognize your privilege and want to activate compassion, health, and possibility in the world. This course is for anyone who wants to clean up the karma of the past and build beneficial karma towards the future. This is for people who are empathic, dreamers, innovators, trauma survivors, the curious, and the willing.

In each email, you will receive;

~ A daily Soundcloud recording of a guided meditation providing foundation for the concept/aspect of living for that session.

~A daily writing prompt based on the focus of the session

~ A daily statement of intent such as an affirmation, a mantra, an invocation.

~Homework in the form of tools to call the concept into our daily living.

~ An inspiration from a different teacher or artist that has inspired me.

The process:

~Creating a sacred space to practice.

~Committing to a daily meditation of 15 minutes

~Committing to writing for 10-30 minutes each session

~Committing to calling in the focus of the practice throughout the day.
