Singing is beneficial to our physical, mental, and emotional health. The practice increases our production of hormones like endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine which all bring a sense of peace. Singing even lowers our cortisol levels (the stress hormone).
We can clarify our hearts and minds and set the direction of our compass in these challenging times which are hard to navigate.
