Evening Mantras

  • Yoga and Animal Rights Alliance 5240 Northeast Ainsworth Street Portland, OR, 97218 United States (map)

Sunday evenings from 5 - 6 pm.

Singing is beneficial to our physical, mental, and emotional health. The practice increases our production of hormones like endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine which all bring a sense of peace. Singing even lowers our cortisol levels (the stress hormone).

we will gather in the Hut at The Sanctuary, Sweethome will lead you through vocal warmups and toning, getting connected to our breath, call in intentions, and align our body, mind, and heart in community.

We can clarify our hearts and minds and set the direction of our compass in these challenging times which are hard to navigate. The intention is to cultivate love, compassion, respect, healing in our own lives, for all beings, for the planet. To ensure your spot please reach out to Sweethome@teacupyoga.com

All the workshops are offered freely at the sanctuary. If you would like to donate it is deeply appreciated.

Please make sure you are signed up for the newsletter and that the email is in your contacts, so they drop into your inbox rather than spam or promotions.
