Sweet Pea Update

Sweet Pea’s condition has improved greatly since she arrived here at the sanctuary. Her wounds are healing and her mobility is better, but it looks like she may have some neurological damage which impede her ability to get about permanently. She obviously has lived a rough life, so it amazes me how sweet and easy going she is. She gets along with all the animals and has even been playful with Casper. It is so tender to watch how gentle the big pyrenees can be with the old lady. Even Chico, the cat, wants to play with her. Here are a couple videos for you to enjoy.

Thank you to all who donated to Sweet Pea’s recovery. She will be staying here for a month or two more depending on how living in a safe and stable environment affects her health and healing. I am hoping her body and mobility continues to improve and she can find a furever home for her golden years. We will keep you up to date.
